Shipping policy
Where we ship We ship worldwide, with the exception of the United States and Canada.
Delivery times We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 2–4 working days (via Royal Mail)
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of world: 7–14 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Orders over £250 qualify for free UK standard delivery. For orders under £250 delivery is £5 (standard delivery) and £9.95 for Express delivery.
Order tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Royal Mail tracked services are used for UK orders.
International Orders – Duties & Taxes Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Harriet Jane has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about potential charges.
Please note that customs delays may also affect delivery times. If a parcel is refused or unclaimed due to customs charges, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
